On Tuesday night I had two nightmares. I’m now realising that they take more out of you than you may think.
The physical tiredness is one thing which hits like a lightning bolt. But it’s the mental side of things that really hits.
I’ve been out of sorts for two days now. I have really struggled at work. Yesterday I kept myself hyper busy but crashed when I got home.
The worst thing is missing a nights sleep. Sleep has been an issue for a few years, so I really understand what missing sleep means.
I know they are only dreams and that it’s my mind working through things.
