Today I ran in a fun run. I was not looking forward to it. Even at the start. But I was challenged to do this.
As I went around the course the one thing that kept me going was I am a survivor and their are survivors who can’t do this. This was something I had to do. Even in the Arctic conditions of snow and ice.
The thought that I am doing this for survivors kept me going till the end. It wasn’t the fastest time in the world but I am proud of the achievement of completing this run.
